Presentation on an Actor

Today we had to do a presentation on our favourite actor or actress. I chose to do Chloe Grace Moterz.

Chloe has appeared in movies such as
-500 Days of Summer
-Kick-Ass
-Let Me In
-Hugo
-Dark Shadows

Chloe likes to play characters that challenge her, so she can experiment with different emotions.
When she was filming Dark Shadows she had to think a lot about how to change her body movements, as she played a werewolf. During Hugo she played a French girl who spoke English. As an American she has to learn the British accent, but she also had to put a French twist on words.

When preparing for a role, she reads though the script, and writes notes, then discuses her ideas with the director.
When getting into role she asks herself
Who the character is outside the role?
Who they are before and after the movie?
What the character is thinking during the scenes?

I admire Chloe's acting skills because she is only a young actor, however when watching her perform you forget how young she is, because she is so mature and focused.
